What are the characteristics of intermediate frequency spot welder?


The operation principle of the mid-frequency spot welder is that the upper and lower electrodes are pressurized and energized at the same time, and the Joule heat generated by the contact resistance between the electrodes is used to melt the metal (instantaneously) to achieve the purpose of welding.

The medium frequency spot welding machine pressure control system has the advantages of low cost, stable operation, good instantaneous tracking, convenient adjustment, etc. Generally, the cylinder diameter of the resistance welding pressure cylinder is generally not more than 300mm, and the maximum pressure is below 35000N.

The main shaft and guide shaft are chrome-plated light circle, the transmitted pressure is flexible and reliable, and there is no virtual position. The welding controller is controlled by digital integrated control system or microcomputer resistance controller (optional), with parameters such as pressure time, welding time, delay, rest, welding current, and can be equipped with two-foot treadle, double pulse, double current control function, and thyristor temperature monitoring function.

When the product welding requires a larger, more durable welding pressure, the cylinder pressure slightly decreased, in addition to the cylinder pressure and cylinder pressure, sometimes we also need to use servo pressure. Pressure has become our first choice in the welding cycle, the pre-pressure is small, the power pressure is large, the later forging pressure is increased, the cylinder and the cylinder are obviously not competent, at this time the servo pressure mode will change.
