With the resounding start-of-work firecrackers, Suzhou Agera Automation’s 2026 back-to-work ceremony officially began. All employees lined up neatly, full of vigor. Each firecracker blast seemed like a clarion call, inspiring every Agera employee to forge ahead. At this solemn moment, everyone chanted the company’s mission, vision, and values in unison, their voices loud and resolute, demonstrating confidence and determination in the company’s future development. This was not only a summary of past achievements but also a declaration of war against future challenges. Every word carried the love and loyalty of Agera employees towards the company, and they will carry this belief to create more glories in the new year.

Mr. Deng Jun, the general manager, delivered his New Year’s message at the groundbreaking ceremony. His words were like a beacon, illuminating the path ahead for all Jia people. He called on all Jia people to go all out in 2026 and carry forward the “dragon and horse spirit”. In the field of non-standard resistance welding equipment, innovation is the key to development, and hard work is the foundation for achieving goals. Mr. Deng Jun encouraged everyone to take innovation as a tool, daring to break through traditions and be brave in trying new technologies and methods; to take hard work as the foundation, being down-to-earth and making steady progress towards their goals step by step. His speech made every Jia person feel a sense of responsibility and mission, and further strengthened their determination to strive and work hard in the new year.

The ice-breaking session was full of creativity and fun. The “Flower Blooming and Falling” trust challenge tested the teamwork and mutual understanding among the members. In this game, everyone needed to trust each other and complete the task together. Every move and every glance conveyed trust and support. Through this process, the team members got to know each other better and strengthened the cohesion of the team. The ancient poetry chain activity showcased the literary talent of the team members. Everyone displayed their literary knowledge, and beautiful ancient poems echoed in the venue, not only adding a cultural atmosphere but also enhancing the relationship among the members in a relaxed and pleasant environment.

The “Blooming Peaches” group activity broke down the barriers between departments. Employees from different departments were reorganized in this game, communicating and cooperating with each other. They were no longer confined to their own small circles but actively communicated and collaborated with colleagues from other departments. Laughter and joy filled the scene as everyone felt the warmth and strength of the team in the game. These ice-breaking activities not only allowed employees to relax in a pleasant atmosphere but more importantly, laid a solid foundation for the subsequent team competition activities.

The team competition brought the opening ceremony to a climax. In the tug-of-war, the team members worked together with all their might, shouting loud slogans. Each person gave it their all. The intense confrontation scene made everyone feel the philosophy of “united we stand”. During this process, the team members closely cooperated, thinking and striving in the same direction, fully demonstrating the power of the team. Through the tug-of-war, everyone understood that only by working together can we overcome difficulties and achieve victory.66

 

In the “Unfalling Forest” relay activity, team members need to trust each other and cooperate closely. Each member must accurately complete their own actions while also paying attention to the situation of other team members. During this process, everyone witnessed the true meaning of “trust and support” in collaboration. Every successful handover is inseparable from the trust and support among team members. The “Tower Building Together” activity, on the other hand, interprets the “innovation and change” approach to breaking through difficulties. Team members pooled their ideas, exerted their creativity, and used their wisdom and hands to build a solid tower. This activity made everyone understand that in the face of difficulties and challenges, only by constantly innovating can solutions be found.

After intense competition, the “Rushing Horses” team won the championship with their outstanding team performance. Throughout the competition, they demonstrated strong team cohesion and combat effectiveness. Every member fully utilized their strengths, cooperated with each other, and fought together for the team’s honor. Their success was not only an individual glory but also the pride of the entire team. The victory of the “Rushing Horses” team also inspired other teams, making everyone understand that as long as they unite and work hard, they will surely achieve success.

The championship of the Ten Thousand Horses Galloping Team also added a brilliant touch to this groundbreaking ceremony. They demonstrated the essence of the “dragon and horse spirit” through their actions, showing an indomitable and hardworking spirit in the competition. Their success will also serve as an example for other teams, inspiring everyone to approach their work with greater enthusiasm and stronger determination in the new year. Activity Review

During the activity review session, team members enthusiastically shared their experiences.
