Nondestructive testing is a perfect solution to this problem.

There are mainly the following: ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, magnetic particle testing, penetration testing, eddy current testing, non-conventional non-destructive testing technology sound emission, leakage detection, optical holography, infrared thermal imaging, microwave detection. In practical applications, X-ray inspection is mostly used, because it is intuitive and the negatives are easy to archive. Osmotic solution is more economical and convenient. There are many simple detection methods for solder joints, if it is not particularly demanding, there is no need to do X-ray detection, only a simple detection can be carried out. Methods that do not damage the solder joint:

1. Insert the flat iron bar or screwdriver between the two pieces of metal welded by the spot welder and apply pressure to the tail of the iron bar or screwdriver to create a gap of 2.6-3.7mm between the metal plates. If the welding spot is normal, it indicates that the welding spot is qualified.

2. If the thickness of the plate is inconsistent, the distance of prying open should be mastered between 1.6-2.6 mm. If tear or twist test is done, the slag should be removed after completion
