Overcurrent occurs in the IGBT module of the medium frequency spot welding machine: the transformer has high power and cannot completely match the controller. Please replace it with a more powerful controller or adjust the welding current parameters to a smaller value.
The secondary diode of the welding transformer is short-circuited: the secondary circuit is open, hold the multimeter at the diode level, and touch the two test leads to the upper and lower electrodes respectively, then switch the test leads and repeat the measurement. If there is a straight connection once and no connection the other time, it means it is normal. Both times it is normal. If it is the same, then it is confirmed that the secondary diode is damaged and needs to be replaced.
The IGBT module is damaged: Unplug the drive wire and measure the resistance between GE of the IGBT modules respectively. If the resistance is above 8K ohms, it means it is normal. If the resistance below means it is damaged, replace the corresponding module.
The IGBT module driver board is damaged: Replace the IGBT module driver board. If the main control board is damaged, replace the main control board.
