The time between the pre pressing time and the pressurization time in the intermediate frequency spot welding machine is equal to the time from the cylinder action to the first power on. If the start switch is released during the preloading time, the welding interruption will return and the welding program will not be executed.
When the time reaches the pressurization time, even if the start switch is released, the welding machine will automatically complete a welding process. Properly adjusting the preloading time can immediately interrupt and avoid workpiece damage if the workpiece is not properly placed during the welding process.
In multi-point welding, the time for adding the first preloading time to the pressurization time is used, and only the pressurization time is used in the second welding. In multi-point welding, the start switch should always remain in the start state. The duration of pre pressing and pressurization should be adjusted according to the size of the air pressure and the speed of the cylinder. The principle is to ensure that the workpiece is energized after being compressed.
