In order to compensate for the reduction in welding current caused by electrode grinding, the controller of the medium frequency spot welder provides a current increasing function. Users can set up to 9 incremental segments according to actual conditions. The following parameters are involved in the current increment function: current increment, grinding point interval, current increment in the incremental section, number of welding points in the incremental section, and incremental notification point.
1. Current increment: The total current increment relative to the current set value during the current increment process. The value range is 0-999.9%.
2. Grinding point interval: the total number of welding points during the current increasing process. The value range is 1-9999.
3. Current increment in the step increase section: the percentage of the current in each step increase section relative to the total current increment (current increment). For example, the current increment of step section 1 is 1%, and the end current value of step section 1 is (1+current increment*1.%I)*welding current setting value.
4. Number of solder joints in incremental section: The number of solder joints contained in each incremental section accounts for the percentage of the total number of solder joints in the incremental process. For example, 1% is the percentage of the number of solder joints in incremental section 1 to the total number of solder joints. Therefore, the number of welding points in step 1 = grinding point interval * 1.%.
5. Step-up notification point: The first N-th point when the step-up process is nearing the end notifies the user that the step-up process is about to end.
6. Electrode warning point: When the number of grinding is close to a relatively large number of grinding points, that is, when the grinding process is about to end, a pre-warning is issued at the Nth point before the end, that is, the electric pre-current warning point, and its value range is 0-9999. When the value of the electrode warning point is 0, no electrode warning signal is output.
7. Number of grinding times: Users can set the grinding frequency of the electrode according to the actual situation.
