After the intermediate frequency spot welding machine has been installed and debugged, after a period of operation, some minor faults may occur due to the operator and the external environment. The following is a brief introduction to several aspects of possible faults.
1. The controller does not respond when turned on. In this case, we need to first check whether the power is on. If there is still no response after power on, the power supply may be faulty. First check the external wiring, whether the air switch is faulty, and whether the fuse is burned out.
2. The controller responds when turned on, but cannot be welded. Check the secondary circuit for insulation problems.
3. Cannot be welded. Check the control unit circuit board. It may be that the welding current parameters are too small; the electrode terminals and the battery are too large; the welding switch is damaged.
4. Excessive spatter during welding can penetrate the workpiece. It may be that the pressure is too small or too large; there is dirt on the surface of the electrode and the workpiece; there is a problem with the welding workpiece, the coated plate is easy to spatter during welding, and the welding current is too large. It can be solved after inspection.
