How to solve the problem of welding current limit of medium frequency spot welding machine?

The welding current of the medium frequency spot welder exceeds the set upper and lower limits: adjust the maximum current and minimum current in the standard parameters. The preheating time, ramp-up time, and settings have numerical values: for general use, please set the preheating time, ramp-up time, and ramp-down time to zero, otherwise current overlimit alarms will often occur.

The welding current setting value is too small: For general use, please set the welding current value above 10%, otherwise an overcurrent alarm will occur. Preload time is too short: If the preload time is too short, welding will start when the electrode presses the workpiece. If the current transformer does not sense the welding current, it will alarm and increase the preload time.

The electrode stroke is too long and the workpiece is not compressed: Place a piece of tissue paper between the electrodes, press the electrode down, and pull the paper. If the paper tears, the stroke is appropriate. Otherwise, the stroke is too long and needs to be adjusted. The current transformer is disconnected or loose: Check the connection of the transformer to see if there is any disconnection and whether the plug is loose.
