The casing of the intermediate frequency spot welding machine must be grounded. The purpose of grounding is to prevent accidental contact of the welding machine with the shell and electric injury, and it is indispensable in any situation. If the resistance of the natural grounding electrode exceeds 4 Ω, it is best to use an artificial grounding body, otherwise it may cause electric shock accidents or even fire accidents.
Staff must wear gloves when replacing electrodes. If clothes are soaked in sweat, do not lean against metal objects to prevent electric shock. Construction personnel must disconnect the power switch when repairing the intermediate frequency spot welding machine, and there should be a clear gap between the switches. Finally, use an electric pen to check and ensure that the power has been cut off before starting the repair.
When moving the intermediate frequency spot welding machine, the power must be cut off and it is not allowed to move the welding machine by dragging the cable. If the welding machine suddenly loses power during operation, the power should be immediately cut off to prevent sudden electric shock.
