  6. Solidification and Weld Formation: After the molten pool is formed, the electric current is maintained for a specific period to ensure proper fusion and formation of the weld. During this time, the molten metal solidifies, creating a strong bond between the nut and the workpiece.
  7. Cooling and Solidification: Once the welding time is completed, the electric current is switched off, and the heat dissipates. The molten metal rapidly cools and solidifies, resulting in a solid and secure weld joint between the nut and the workpiece.
  8. Inspection and Quality Control: After the welding process, the weld joint is inspected for quality and integrity. Visual inspection, dimensional measurements, and other testing methods may be employed to ensure the weld meets the required standards and specifications.
